Their MxC 300 AC-DC power IC forms a two-chip solution claiming the highest power density in the industry, at up to 10x higher than transformer-based solutions. The MxC 300 uses a capacitive isolation (CapIso) barrier instead of a transformer, achieved with Helix Semiconductors’ core energy-efficient MuxCapacitor (MuxCap) technology.
