In order to distribute its products globally, Helix Semiconductors, a fabless power semiconductor company, entered into a worldwide distribution agreement with Digi-Key Electronics, a global electronic component marketer. Following the terms of the settlement, Digi-Key will distribute Helix Semiconductors' capacitor MxC 200 family highly-efficient 15W DC-DC powered configurable integrated circuits (ICs) globally.
